PROCEDURES

You may contact me at 
(250) 354-4782 for information or to request a brochure. If you decide to order you will send me your favorite photo(s) at HIGHEST resolution possible (do not resize original file for email). Send an email WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER & PHOTO ATTACHMENTS to:

Digital is preferred but not required. You may send a conventional print by mail. Your original print(s) will be returned with the completed portrait. I will need one good clear photo. Extra Photos help to “get a feel” for the person(s) but are NOT required.  I will get your input about your preferences as to style and composition by phone (250) 354-4782.

Clothing Color Choice (if different from photo):
Name of Purchaser:
Size of Canvas:

You will also decide as to your preference to oil or acrylic medium. Because it is a faster drying medium, acrylic should be chosen if time is an issue.

After I receive the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, I will complete your painting following your instructions. If you have email, I will send a picture of the completed painting via email for approval prior to final payment.  Your completed portrait will be shipped to your door in a mailing tube (as is common in the world of Fine Art) for stretching at your local frame shop.  If you should decide to return the portrait WITHIN 30 DAYS, I will refund your money (less $100.00 deposit).
